In the Spring/Summer of 2010 the Sugar Springs Planning Committee recommended to the Board of Directors a “Plan for the Future” of Sugar Springs. The Board and Planning Committee understood that a Master Plan needed to be developed to ensure continuity of future development activities to meet community priorities, avoid duplication of effort, and reduce waste. The first phase of this Plan is the construction of a new indoor pool & fitness center to replace our aging facility, fill in and convert the existing pool to a much needed expanded multipurpose Activity Center and to renovate the exterior of the restaurant to match the new Pool building.
The “Plan for the Future” of Sugar Springs was passed on 8/21/2010.
